Why we have did this "rank" thing

Hello everybody...Lets just say that why we have did the rank thing.It was because we don't want a worker to get a PROMOTION to Leader or Creator..Thats why we did the ranks..Here is our superior admins on the C.H.C            

Sooo yeah..Mimo started out as a worker but then one of the Creators decided to quit so thats why I put PROMOTION to mimo cuz he asked 4 it.

Hi Guys!How have you been?Well these are the ranks for the Chobots Helping Community
Worker
Assistant Boss
Boss
Admin
Leader
Creator
Since I am the creator I am at the Creator rank..Let me tell you about each of them:
Worker:They normally do what the Boss and up says..Goes to meetings..
Assistant Boss:Helps Boss tell the Workers what to do and stuff like that..
Boss:Tells the ranks lower than it what to do
Admin:They are the 3rd highest rank and sorts out meetings of what to do...Tells the Bosses what they need to do and gives quests to the Workers.
Leader:The Leader is the second highest rank..The Leader is mainly kind of an assistant..If the Admin sorts out a meeting it will go straight to the Leader to see what they will be talking about
Creator:The 1st highest rank...It has alot of duties..And it goes to the Creator to see if its okay..And the Creator will Normally go and check-up on the rest of the ranks to see if they are doing their job..
